How do I adjust the print preview for a larger GUI design?
- Select [Print Options] dialog via [File | Print Options]
menu item from application menu.
- Adjusts Print Zoom value to less than 100% say 80%.
- Now Select [File | Preview] menu item from application menu.
How do I hide page header and footer ?
- Select View | Page Header and Footer menu item
- Page Header and Footer Dialog will be displayed.
- Uncheck Show Header and Show Footer checkboxes
- Click OK
- Now if you preview/print, the headers and footers will not be shown
How do I print only one page or current page ?
- Select File | Print | Print Preview menu item
- Navigate to the page you want to print
- Click on Print This Page button on the toolbar
