The Preferences dialog allows you to set the preferred locations for the documents, images, templates and new pages.

Folder Preferences

Documents

Set Documents Directory to a folder name so that DesignerVista will always open documents from this location. If this field is empty, DesignerVista open documents from the folder of the document opened recently.

Images

Set Images Directory to a folder name so that DesignerVista will always open image files from this location.

HTML Files

Set HTML Files directory to a folder name so that DesignerVista will always write HTML Files in this location.

UI Spec

Set UI Spec directory to a folder name so that DesignerVista will always write UI Spec files in this location.

Notes

Set Notes Report directory to a folder name so that DesignerVista will always write Notes Report files in this location.

Templates

Select a folder for System Templates. If this field is empty or the template folder path doesn't contain templates, Templates Intaller Wizard will be displayed to install and configure templates.

New Page Preferences

Set Page Color, Snap To Grid and Marquee Colors for new pages.
