Downloading Issues

Q: I am getting an error saying the downloaded file is "corrupted" or "invalid"

A: The file is not downloaded completely. The downloaded file size should be same as mentioned in the download page. If you are using FireFox browser, please wait for the download to be completed. You can check the progress of the download by clicking on the [download] button located at the top right corner of the window.

Q:The download freezing midway or at any point in the process.

A: Disable your firewall and antivirus programs then try re-downloading the software. As soon as you've finished the download, you can turn on your firewall and antivirus programs again.
